Deliver structured one-to-one learning and behavioural support to autistic children aged 3–7, implementing ABA programmes under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

• Teach communication and social interaction through structured activities and play, adapting sessions to each child's developmental needs and interests.
• Develop children's everyday living skills, including feeding, self-care and toileting, with opportunities to practise within familiar routines.
• Monitor progress and share observations and data with the supervising BCBA to support reviews and adjustments to programmes.
• Use modelling, visual schedules, task analysis and positive reinforcement to make new skills accessible; apply prompting and prompt fading to build independence.
• Work collaboratively with the BCBA to implement agreed individual behaviour-support plans and emotional-regulation strategies appropriately and confidently.
