I have over 15 years of providing excellent customer service and i have impeccable communication skills. I am very tech savvy and love to learn new things and get straight into it. People find me easy to get along with and I work very well as a team player also I am good at using my initiative and happy to get on with tasks

I have worked in customers service since the age of 16. That could be customer focused or over the phone or via live chat. I have always greeted a customer with a smile whet that be in person or over the phone.
