I am a current university student who is keen on learning and working hard.

I directed customers with appointments to their designated areas and communicated with superiors to ensure a pleasant customer experience. I utilized problem-solving skills to assist customers with banking app issues and oversaw the creation of new bank accounts. Additionally, I demonstrated resourcefulness in helping customers obtain mortgage loans by providing the necessary documents and details.

Currently a second year Computer Science student going into third year.
