Responsibilities include: -
- Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks relating to change within the Premier and Affluent divisions in the Natwest group
- Understanding the reasons for change, and how this impacts clients and wider business. In addition, help the accountable stakeholders communicate change to the relevant business areas
- Develop and train teams around the wider impacts of change from current processes to new processes

- Managing a complex portfolio of up to 300 ultra-high-net worth individuals for the Entrepreneur client group, expanding my portfolio via client referrals and networking
- Maintaining pipeline through existing and new business to achieve annual business objectives

Responsibilities include:

- Generated additional revenue through effective cross-selling of products such as mortgages, loans, credit cards, and packaged accounts, to existing and prospective NatWest customers
- Designed and delivered a range of informative and insightful presentations and workshops to Personal Bankers, to help them understand their role and the wider financial services industry
- Created new implementation process for the Mortgage system for the Natwest group
