Responsibilities include: -
- Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks relating to change within the Premier and Affluent divisions in the Natwest group
- Understanding the reasons for change, and how this impacts clients and wider business. In addition, help the accountable stakeholders communicate change to the relevant business areas
- Develop and train teams around the wider impacts of change from current processes to new processes

- Managing a complex portfolio of up to 300 ultra-high-net worth individuals for the Entrepreneur client group, expanding my portfolio via client referrals and networking
