More recently, at CFK, I coordinated cross-functional teams and optimised project execution, ensuring seamless communication and resource allocation.

My interest and fascination towards management led me to pursue a degree in Business and accounting and eventually work in different sectors, managing teams and various projects. During my time working as an Assistant Project Co Ordinator, AGD Power Consultants Limited, I realised I wanted to establish my abilities working with electricity consultant company surrounded by highly enthusiastic aspiring team of motivated professionals in a challenging environment to augment my agile project management skills, and leadership abilities. My job role involved active participation in energy and power sectors reform, energy transition, technology developments, investment and market trends providing insights for business development, market intelligence, PPPs, PPAs, and IPPs advisory knowledge to businesses focusing on energy and power sectors.
I was actively involved with senior manager enabling the channel business ecosystem construction, sourcing of suppliers, subcontractors and actively managing them during the engagements; adapting corporate policies to the local context, implementing, and enforcing the policies to achieve the business goals; building customer relationships and honouring customer support and maintenance service agreement commitments.
Working in Subway as a Project manager, I worked around budgeting as well as managing teams and costumers. During my working tenure I managed Projects, Channel Sales and Customer Relationship Management, Business development, teamwork, problem solving, adaptability and time management. I was actively involved in agile transformation of the project where I was setting goals, coaching, sprint planning and retrospectives as well as managing performance.
Directing feasibility studies of project opportunities, reviewing conclusions, and developing delivery solutions. Managing project risks, changes and Service and project operations. It is both a challenging and rewarding work that allows me to interact with customers, management as well as mentoring a team.
In my current role at CFK, I oversaw multiple aspects of running numerous projects. I worked closely with the Public Health collaboration team and Stake holders to develop business. To ensure team members had the resources they needed to complete their tasks and coordinated communication as well as cross functional teams to run project smoothly and efficiently. I also help HR to describe roles for new team members and Interview process.
