Sole engineer on a connected-products IoT platform, owning the mobile app, web console and cloud services end to end — from requirements definition through store release and production monitoring.

• Own and ship the platform's production Flutter app (FAViA, live on the App Store and Google Play): real-time monitoring and control of connected marine systems over BLE, live telemetry, parameter graphing and complex asynchronous state management.
• Inherited an early, unstable codebase with no handover, stabilised it and rebuilt it into the production system the company's platform strategy is now built on.
• Built the Next.js/TypeScript web console (Firebase, Magento SSO) and a Node.js + Azure Functions / Azure IoT Hub control plane that turns live device telemetry into scheduling and control decisions.
• Designed the BLE/MQTT and TCP/UDP communication layers around connection recovery and fault tolerance, so devices and clients survive network changes, dropped links and power cycles without losing state.
• Shipped production LLM features (OpenAI) into the live app — prompt and context design, in-product recommendations, secure key handling and graceful fallback on API failure.
• Define the integration contracts external hardware manufacturing partners build against, and debug integration issues across firmware, radio, cloud and app when layers disagree.
• Manage iOS and Android store releases, regression testing and production issue resolution; run end-to-end delivery in ClickUp (Kanban) with backlog management, prioritisation and release planning visible to stakeholders and partners.

• Shipped multiple production apps end to end on the App Store and Google Play across Flutter, native Android (Java/Kotlin), native iOS (Swift) and React Native — spanning health, e-commerce, social and marketplace products.
• Built Fetes TV, a live-streaming social app on Agora, through to release on both stores; implemented Stripe payment flows, push notifications, maps, geofencing and real-time chat.
• Applied BLoC, Riverpod and Provider state management with clean architecture; integrated Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Realtime DB, FCM) and worked with backend teams to define and stabilise API contracts.
• Drove code reviews, QA/UAT cycles and production releases within Agile sprints.
