• Configured the SAP MFS–PLC integration solution and end-to-end telegram flows for cranes, cross-line putaway, picking, rearrangement and interleaving, including communication handling, monitoring and recovery from telegram and queue errors.

• Implemented scan-emulation and exception-handling solutions to sustain material flow during scanner or communication failures.
• Designed the outbound EWM solution using transportation units and POSC pick, stage and load steps, incorporating loading-sequence control and RF-based HU loading.
• Defined and implemented WOCR, wave-management, staging-area and door-determination designs, together with storage-type search and stock-removal/placement strategies.
• Designed an add-on-free allergen-management solution using product and bin attributes, allergen-aware putaway validation and segregation rules to prevent incompatible allergen classes from sharing storage bins, with controlled exceptions and audit traceability.
• Delivered PMR-based production staging, replenishment, RF menus and barcode interpretation, physical inventory, quarantine, quality inspection, sensitive-material receipt and hold-management processes.
• Produced WRICEF functional specifications and worked with technical teams on BADIs, RF enhancements, interfaces and custom requirements; also led key-user training, testing, go-live support and continuous improvement.
