I enjoy various sports, F1, Football, MotoGP, UFC. I really enjoy my cars and motorbikes, constantly changing what vehicles I have to try them all. I also like modifying my vehicles and trying to do all the work myself. While my career in adult life has only been within the video games industry, I'm open to learning in any industry.
Technical UI Designer at Rebellion (2024-06 – 2026-09)
Finishing my junior career at Rebellion I was transferred to a Cross-Project employee, Working on the released game SE4 IOS/MAC. During this project I worked within a different proprietary engine learning and making the UI for the port to mobile. With this engine everything was code driven so I was purely Design and implement design to pass onto code to finish the functionality. As the only Technical UI Designer on this project, it came with some difficulties and some positives.
Junior Technical UI Designer at Rebellion (2022-11 – 2024-07)
During my time as a Junior, I was learning the proprietary engine that Rebellion uses for current games. My processes were to wireframe and design the feature requested, file a code request and once code completed their side I would then implement from my design into the game, I would also bug test my features. We use JIRA for project management so my proficiency since university has grown.
Junior QA at Arcadem (2022-09 – 2022-10)
At Arcadem I was testing upcoming games and reporting any bugs or improvements that can be made. We used Slack as a form of communication for daily meetings as this was a remote job. We also used JIRA to document any bugs or changes which needed to be made. Trello was used for the roadmap so we could view the next stages of the development process over the upcoming months.
