My family has a history in the NHS and healthcare professions which has inspired me to be passionate about caring for and helping people in my community and advocating for accessibility and equality in all areas of society.

2022 (Jan-present) - Adult Education Budget Programme Coordinator at Knights Training Academy: 

• Enrolling learners onto government-funded courses
• Processing paperwork and sensitive identification documentation from learners to apply for government funding for courses 
• Liaising with learners, tutors and employers during the enrolment process as well as the duration of the programmes
• Overseeing learners’ on-programme progression, storing and organising coursework on the company SharePoint
• Updating paperwork in accordance with the guidelines set by our funding partner and awarding body 
• Distributing learning materials and scheduling training delivery 
• Facilitating Special Educational Needs by creating individualised learning support agreement plans with SEN learners and tutors 
• Answering calls and directing general inquiries to the appropriate department
