Work within a small team of two advisors as the main Administrator. In charge of keeping all files up to date and organised. Along with diary management and meetings, take minutes as well as participating and sharing ideas and how to put ideas into plan. Create letters and workshop invites regularly tailoring approach to suit the relevant audience. Solely took on a digital roll out project of 70 digital card machine devices along with other administrator duties and worked very closely with churches to help them apply, creating instructions on how to set up their accounts, hosting webinars and creating spreadsheets to organise tracking each person's progression. Create all promotional material to help increase revenue within churches, produce QR codes along with eye catching posters using Canva and customise to each church to their needs. Recently designed a Christmas Campaign to be used digitally for over 70 churches. Part of role is to come up with new ideas to help growth of charitable income and how to put this into action. Help organise workshops and also present with colleagues.
