I’m a graduate teaching assistant. I enjoy working in a school environment. I’ve worked with children with different needs, especially SEND children which has been a profoundly enriching experience. Tailoring educational approaches to meet individual needs has deepened my understanding of diverse learning styles.

Patience and flexibility are key, fostering an inclusive environment where each child feels valued. Collaboration with parents, educators, and specialists has been instrumental in creating effective support plans. Witnessing the progress and unique achievements of each child has been both humbling and rewarding, reinforcing the importance of personalised education in nurturing the potential within every individual.
