I am a hardworking and proactive self-starter possessing a great passion for driving wellbeing within organisations to create meaningful change.
In my current role as a wellbeing manager at Mace, I am responsible for leading, coordinating and growing the peer-peer wellbeing ambassador network.
Since joining Mace I have grown the peer-peer support group by over 150%.
It is important to drive continual innovation of the ambassador network by keeping the network engaged and providing useful tools and aids that they can easily implement to create meaningful change in teams.
I have increased engagement within the network by developing clear guidelines and expectations for the role, providing high quality supporting tools and aids and engaging key stakeholders within the process.
A key part of this role includes upskilling the peer-peer support network by producing materials such as toolkits, toolbox talks and running quarterly CPD sessions to upskill them in key areas such a nutrition, sleep and physical and emotional health conditions. I use my knowledge from my Nutritional Therapy training to create and implement learning opportunities that ambassadors can then use to support their teams at a local level on site.
I hold a 2:1 BA (hons) in Business and a Fdsc and Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I am also a Mental health first aider and train the trainer specialist
