Led UX redesign cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data. Contributed to 56% ARPA growth. Restructured information architecture and interaction patterns. Before: data scattered, interface confusing, features hidden, onboarding nonexistent.

• Cut design-to-development time by 46% by building a design system with reusable components and documentation. Extended it with AI-ready prompts for vibe-coding platforms. Developers could generate UI from rough sketches or descriptions, no hi-fi needed.
• Designed onboarding from scratch to replace a Zoom-only process that excluded customers with hearing impairments. Support load down 36%.
• Ran user research (interviews, surveys, analytics) to understand why people were churning. Ran usability testing systematically to catch issues before development. Used AI-generated prototypes and A/B testing to validate ideas before committing engineering time. Retention up 22%.
• Achieved WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and implemented selected AAA standards through component audits. Accessibility was in from the start, not bolted on after.
• Write JTBD-framed user stories and tickets with acceptance criteria, reducing design-to-engineering miscommunication.

Delivered a humanitarian platform in the first weeks of the war in Ukraine. Coordinated housing, medical care, shelter, and food aid for thousands of displaced people. Requirements shifted daily. Shipped anyway.

• Ran 3 projects from pre-sale through delivery. Wrote detailed specs and user flows. Cut design-development back-and-forth.
• Kept competing stakeholder groups pointing in the same direction without losing the user in the process.

Senior UX/UI Designer - Software Development Hub - Remote

• Designed Radiolance, a 0-to-1 B2B SaaS (web, iOS, Android) connecting remote radiologists with clinics. Specialists processed 30-45% more scans daily. Network of 70+ radiologists and 20+ partner clinics.
• Built MedCard24 telehealth feature in 6 weeks during COVID-19 lockdown. Connected a doctor CRM with a patient app. Video consultations, wellness tracking, and medication delivery. Offline visits down 48%. 8M users by 2022.
• Designed an e-learning game for children learning English and a teacher-facing CRM for task creation and student progress. Researched both user groups.
• Mentored two junior designers. Progressed from UX/UI Designer to Senior within the same team.
