Cleaning Operative at Marvel Maids (2023-08 – Present)

Marvel maids provide a compressive service cleaning both domestic and commercial property. Here I work both individually and as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleaning homes is carried out. I pride myself in carrying out these duties, as the customer satisfaction is paramount to ensure continued and future work for the company.

I use my own vehicle for the role, planning and managing the routes prior to each day and according to customers availability. I am intrusted by the customers with the keys to the property to gain access and ensuring it is left secure once completed.

• weekly/monthly scheduled cleanliness of the individual clients' homes including; sweeping, moping, vacuuming of carpets. Scrubbing stains and mould removal. Cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens and toilets. General tiding within the home at the customer's request.

Domestic Assistant at Avante care and support LTD (2020-01 – 2023-08)

Here I was a domestic assistant, carrying out every day cleaning of the residents' home while minimising disruptions to residents daily living. Working within a team I ensured a high standard of cleanliness was adhered to as per the homes policy. While carrying out my duties I actively interact with the residents and assist when required with such tasks as toiletry needs and mobilisation.

I held a duty of care to ensure the safety of vulnerable persons within the home, this could include making the living areas safe and free from hazards and potential risks such as slip, trips and falls.

Senior Care Assistant at Larchwood care (2014-08 – 2019-01)

Working as a senior care assistant I supervised and worked alongside a team of care assistants to ensure all aspects of personal health and wellbeing needs were met. I assisted with mobilisation for each service user with walking or transferring with the use of aids such as hoists, stand aids and wheelchairs. I would safety administer medications and complete medications records for each services users' individual needs as required.

I was Actively involved with healthcare professionals to ensure duties such as ordering medications, doctors' appointments, and meeting/briefings with social workers were carried out to promote all resident's health and wellbeing. I would ensure they live the best quality of life whilst in my care and treated each person with the dignity and respect they deserved.
