I am passionate about learning and development and helping learners to achieve. Through delivering traineeships and many learners with needs, I have learnt how difficult It can be for SEN learners and how I can adapt my teaching to suit their needs. You have to praise all achievement no matter how small, because for them it is a massive achievement and I thrive on being on the journey with them.
I have always been passionate about learning and development and this can be seen in my CV. In 2019 I started to work in education, starting with apprenticeships and then moving onto traineeships, which was a challenging as most of the students had needs and this was why they were in small classes. In July 2022 we had an Ofsted inspection, the inspect visit my classroom and had private discussions with my learners and myself.
I am pleased to say we got a glowing review and I am proud of good rating. I learnt about learners individual needs and have to adapt to them, helping students to achieve.
