I have worked in the police undertaking a number of different duties and working within a few different teams which have relied on me using different skills.
- MIST - further developing my people skills, interviewing individuals (both suspects and witnesses), collecting evidence and also preparing case files

- Safer Neighbourhoods - this is the team where I spent most of my working years as an officer, and developed myself further to be responsible for a small team, which consisted of PCSO's and also probationer officers which I had to show and also teach certain aspects of being a police officer. Here I also developed intelligence for warrants, traffic stops in certain areas to reduce speeding / traffic offences, and also working closely with the schools in my ward, where talks were provided and assi

I had worked at this nursery for some time, and have held many different roles.
- Started as nursery practitioner having just finished my university degree. I was a key person in the 2-3's room and worked closely with the other members of the room to ensure it ran smoothly
- Given the role of the Health and Safety Representative for the nursery; taking on more of a role in ensuring the whole staff team understood what they needed to do to keep the children safe, managing the children risk assessments, ensuring medication kept at the nursery was in date, and that the kitchen was kept in a suitable state, and records were kept accordingly. Also assisted when Environmental Health came to the nursery
- Became the room manager of the preschool room, where I was in charge of the room, ensuring planning and observations were completed by my staff and that there was a routine established in the room
- Became the deputy manager for the nursery, where I still had the health and safety role, but assisted with showing potential parents around the nursery, assisted with interviews of further staff, and input to staff meetings and then also assisting any rooms with issues which arose; and went into the different rooms when required
- Sent to other nurseries to assist with ensuring that their health and safety was up to a suitable standard and to assist their managers who had just been posted to their roles
