Team Leader at KFC (2022-05 – Present)
Travelled down to Ashington and Blyth to get manager training before the Berwick store opened. This role involved running shifts, cash handling the tills by counting them up, changing forecasts on the computer on how much the store made that day, doing manager tasks from my phone from temperature checks and date checks. Doing stock count and banking at the end of the night and giving team members tasks to do during their shift.
Locking up the store and making sure everything was safe when the store closes.

Serving customers and stacking stock. After 1 year of being at Haven I got promoted to team leader which included closing up the shop, counting up tills, helping out team members, running the whole shop.

I worked in operations which is in the back of the shop. The jobs I did in this role was locking up the shop, scanning products to go out, taking delivery off the wagon and also cleaning up some of the shop. I also went on tills during this job role and also helped people on the shop floor.

I worked in produce in this job, this involved looking after the fruit and vegetables. I had to go to the warehouse to bring out the fruit and vegetables on a cage and keep that area tidy at all times. I once locked up the produce area, locking up the fruit cage and covering up the products on the shelf and in the chiller.
