Working in a well experienced and family run oven cleaning and appliance repair company. From cleaning thousands of domestic ovens to simple and complex repairs on appliances.

After Training and completing a 3-month programme within the company I was moved into the Ipswich branch, after 6 months I was moved into a busier shop. Although based at Ipswich and Colchester the company owned 35 shops and when asked I would travel to Harlow, Chelmsford, Great Yarmouth and Witham as a relief.

• Responsible for running the shop from open to close.
• Washing, cutting and preparing food before it is cooked.
• Responsible for high standards of food, hygiene, and health and safety.
• In charge of stock control for the freezers and storerooms.

Working as a general assistant in a fast-paced fish and chip shop I started out as part time and eventually made my way into full time work within the company. In Early 2011 I realised my potential and moved on from General Assistant to train as an Assistant Manager.
