Working within DEFRA's M365 Delivery Portfolio, reporting to the Portfolio Manager who oversees the roadmap and assigns work across workstreams. As project lead I am responsible for ensuring governance, reporting and delivery processes are in place so that each M365 product is delivered on time, to scope and with full visibility for stakeholders.

• Lead the initiation and scoping of a Copilot Agent Proof of Concept from the ground up defining the project brief, facilitating stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, agreeing success criteria and establishing the delivery approach with senior stakeholders across DEFRA.
• Designed and implemented the M365 Delivery Portfolio governance framework from scratch establishing the operating model, stage gate process, delivery board cadence, escalation routes and reporting standards.
• Own RAID logs, weekly status reporting and board pack preparation across all Copilot and M365 workstreams ensuring governance forums are accurately briefed at every stage gate.
• Manage Copilot licence rollout via Azure overseeing user onboarding, joiner and leaver processes and change readiness activity ahead of each deployment milestone.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Architecture, Comms, Business Change, Information Governance and Delivery managing competing priorities and keeping delivery on track across concurrent workstreams.

Delivery Lead — AI Platform — Remote Contract - Linbetta Consulting - Remote

Engaged by Betterbrands, a group of companies, to consolidate and transform their financial reporting processes. The business lacked a single source of truth across its entities financial data was fragmented, approval processes were manual and there was no real-time visibility of cash flow or budgets. I was brought in to define the solution, manage full lifecycle delivery and drive the business change needed to embed it.

• Owned full lifecycle delivery of an AI-based cash flow management platform from defining the project brief, business case and scope with the client through to build, testing, deployment and post-go-live review.
• Developed the delivery plan, defined workstreams and milestones, and managed stage gate reviews throughout maintaining scope control, quality assurance and a complete auditable project record.
• Managed stakeholder engagement end to end from requirements sign-off and design approval through to user acceptance testing, go-live authorisation and lessons learned.
• Delivered 75% improvement in audit trail completeness, reduced approval turnaround by 3 days and deployed real-time financial dashboards all tracked as measurable benefits against the original business case.

Delivery Lead / PMO Consultant / Data Transition Lead — Contract - Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) - Central Government

Worked within DEFRA's Unified Communications team and the wider M365 Investment Portfolio. My primary delivery was the migration of DEFRA's mobile phone estate from Vodafone to EE. Alongside this I supported the M365 Investment Portfolio across a range of digital projects including the Copilot Proof of Concept, Windows 11 migration and the Yammer to Viva Exchange transition.

• Led end-to-end delivery of the Vodafone to EE mobile device migration from transition brief and scoping through execution and post-migration review achieving zero service disruption across 37,000+ devices.
• Owned risk management for the M365 Copilot Proof of Concept from initiation defining the risk framework, maintaining the register and governing escalation through appropriate stage gates; one of the earliest AI deployments in UK central government.
• Planned and delivered Windows 11 migration across DEFRA leading readiness assessment, managing the deployment schedule, coordinating technical teams and tracking rollout through to successful completion.
• Led migration of 15,000+ users from Yammer to Viva Exchange managing transition planning, change communications and cutover coordination end to end.
• Maintained RAID, Programme reporting and board governance across 5+ concurrent digital initiatives budgets up to £500,000, team of 7+.

Delivery Lead — Operational Transformation — Contract - Ministry of Justice - Central Government

The Ministry of Justice faced a significant backlog of Subject Access Requests which had accumulated as a direct result of the Covid 19 pandemic. I was brought in to lead the Programme to clear the backlog, restore compliance and embed a sustainable operational model to prevent recurrence.

• Owned full Programme lifecycle from scoping and solution design through to execution, closure and lessons learned delivering against a challenging regulatory deadline.
• Led procurement and onboarding of external delivery partner SSCL managing supplier selection, contract mobilisation and knowledge transfer while maintaining uninterrupted service and data security.
• Designed and implemented an optimised batching and scheduling model alongside BAU teams reducing SAR processing times by 80% and embedding a sustainable operational improvement.
• Cleared 15,000+ Subject Access Requests in under 18 months eliminating regulatory risk exposure and achieving the Programme's primary compliance objective on time.
• Produced Programme closure documentation, benefits realisation report and facilitated lessons learned completing formal handover to the operational team.

Supported post-Brexit transformation for DEFRA's NI Directorate a complex Programme driven by new regulatory requirements following the UK's departure from the EU, requiring close coordination across policy, technical and operational workstreams and wider government stakeholders.

• Supported Programme initiation contributing to governance framework design, resourcing and controls setup alongside the Programme Manager prior to delivery commencement.
• Maintained all project documentation throughout the lifecycle RAID logs, status reports, action logs and board minutes ensuring accurate, auditable records at every stage.
• Owned scheduling and coordination of Board Meetings at Programme and Project level preparing packs, minuting decisions and tracking actions through to resolution.
