Working with further education students who are studying a food-based course ant UCB. This role is a government-based scheme to give students extra support throughout there college experience. Over the course of four years as store manager within Caffe Nero I achieved double figure for my store.
I accomplished the top spot for financial contribution within my region, achieving second place company wide. In addition, I coached and development a team, 20+ Baristas, 10+ shift leaders and assisted five assistant managers.
My role included managing staff and ensuring the safety and stability of the store, as well as ensuring the highest level of customer service and providing exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction. I also worked in a customer facing role, giving excellent customer service while leading a team and supporting management to achieve financial targets.
