I am a highly-focused software developer, with three years of MS SQL Server development working on SQL 2008 – 2014 databases. I have both strong written and verbal communication skills through the interactions with finance and business analysts in my current role, and my previous front of house role interacting with different individuals daily. Though I have predominately had exposure to SQL development I am a quick learner with an aptitude to learn.

I am able to work with both the business and technology partners which forms a bridge between the two spaces and builds lasting business relationships. I'm looking for opportunities to further develop my knowledge around the business domain as well as gain exposure to different technologies. Whilst in my current employment I've worked in Global Markets Operations Technology, in both Securities trade settlement and now middle office finance on a PnL reconciliation system.

From working on the latter I've been able to engage more with business users such as trade controllers and finance.

• Maintaining and improving a c# .net set of unit tests running as part of the continuous integration environment to verify code changes as well as existing functionality.
