My name is Neera, I'm 19 years old and a King's College London University student studying Neuroscience. I have just finished my second year and am looking for a summer job.
I have a diverse background in customer service, teamwork, and communication. My passion lies in helping others, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on people’s lives through exceptional customer service. During my work experience at Oxford NHS Foundation Trust, I communicated effectively with distressed patients and learnt how to adapt my approach to various situations.
My role as front of house at Jungs Bakery further developed my multitasking and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment. Additionally, volunteering at Cancer Research UK reinforced my organisational and time management abilities, ensuring I can deliver excellent service consistently. I am confident that my experiences and skills will enable me to contribute significantly to your business this summer.
I worked at Jungs bakery for 10 weeks where I was front of house, taking customer orders and managing payments. I have completed 1 week of work experience at the Oxford NHS Foundation Trust where I shadowed various psychiatrists and assisted in managing treatment and medication plans for patients. I have also volunteered for 6 months at Beaconsfield Cancer Research charity store where I served customers and organised items for sale.
Furthermore, I have coached younger girls' cricket groups as well as assisting behind the bar of the cricket club managing payments and serving customers.
