I have worked in various sectors. Most recently as Senior aftercare officer with Housing association. Before that I was employed with Lloyds bank for just over 9 years. I have experience of sales working for B&Q on weekend for over 10 years.
I am a Graduate in B.Sc. Biology. I have attended various customer services courses through my employment.
