• I am reporting daily at office before 5 minutes at the given decided timing and when I am reached there first to take the handover of leaver employee and then discussed with work plan from reporting manager.
• I am always trying to develop new things and trying best for the smooth process and motivated of every employee before started work and brief my team according to load and continuously take follow up.
• When I am doing work on the floor every time keep items according 5S and decided place and same communicated to every employee for this.
• I am handling the team for the Shipment picked up first align Fe and divide their routes and get Dispatched and align Vehicle and taking follow-up for the timely pickup B2C & B2B and if gets face any issue like seller slot, Misbehavior issue of the FE & Seller & driver get them fixed with Senior support.
• And monitor of the PC processing like Fm & Mix bag shipment and closure of them under Tat So that we could avoid any failure.
