Concierge at INNOV8 FACILITIES MANAGEMENT LTD (2022-05 – 2023-12)

Working as a lone concierge at Landmark place which is a large apartment complex in cardiff city centre, my role comprised of Monitoring cameras.

• Regular internal and external patrols.
• Reporting maintainence issues.
• Communicating with residents and visitors regarding any issues they may have.
• Fire Marshall duties which involved reporting any issues discovered whilst doing fire walk patrols, responding to alarm activations on site, providing communication with fire alarm management companies, calling the emergency services in the event of any fires or accidents.
• Parcel management which involved signing for and handling incoming parcels for residents, storing the parcels in a designated area for residents to collect and informing residents that parcels have arrived.
• I also when asked by a resident performed meter readings and relayed them back to residents.
