I can work within a team and on my own initiative. I have excellent communication skills and am computer literate. I am a hardworking individual who is keen to learn and have a positive approach to any task I undertake.
As a cleaner in the courts, I take on any task I am given and always give my 100% and able to complete any cleaning jobs. I can work in a team or on my own. I have covered the supervisor role for 3 weeks.
I really enjoyed taking on various duties including giving toolbox talks, organising the team's workload, completing KPI monthly sheets as well as the weekly sheets. I was also involved in taking deliveries and stocking up cleaning cupboards and ensured the cleaning trolleys were stock on a regular basis for the evening crew. And I feel I have the respect of the team to enable to become a successful supervisor.
My feedback has always been excellent, and I've been happy to undertake many roles asked of me to further my learning. I have also got diploma in Microsoft office.
