I have a great passion for property and interior design. Dedicated to precision and working to high scale strict deadlines. I have over 25 years experience working in multi trades. I have experience in joinery, roofing, plumbing and plastering etc.

Working with both companies as well as residential clients. I possess excellent client communication, ensuring high customer satisfaction ensuring repeat business. Due to my ADHD my attention to detail is immense, as are my problem solving skills.

I am outgoing, professional and adaptable. I am very keen to secure employment within the maintenance and building industry. I believe my skills are transferable, making me a valuable asset to your company.

Over the last couple of years I have fully renovated 4 properties, the latest one being a 200 yr old cottage. I have completed a full attic conversion including the structural work, fitting bathrooms and kitchens. I have also built my own extension on the back of my property.

I have carried out full shop refits to small tiling jobs, hanging doors to building partition walls. I can provide photographic evidence if required. I have carried out various jobs for charities over the years including youth clubs and community halls.

My most recent charity work was 8 days working alongside other tradesmen on DIY SOS. The work I carried out was fencing and custom built units for the bedroom and other small projects in the property. We also installed flower beds for the local school.

The family satisfaction was extremely overwhelming. This reaction is what drives me to achieve the best result with every job. Due to the quality of my work and my work ethic I was asked to work alongside DIY SOS again for Children in Need big build back in September 2026.

Police Constable - Police Service of Scotland

Initially started off my career with Police Scotland as a community patrol officer, however secured my most recent role within a specialist team that was specifically designed to install more efficient processes. I have been carrying out this role since 2020.

• Providing a visible presence to the community in order to deter crime
• Conducting patrol duties within the community
• Responding to calls from the public in order to assist with incidents
• Diffusing potentially volatile situations in a prompt and professional manner
• Acting with sympathy and empathy when delivering sensitive news to members of the community

• Carrying out interviews with suspects and victims in relation to crimes
• Preparing crime reports and presenting case files to senior officers and the Crime Prosecution Services
• Submitting internal crime reports and criminal intelligence reports

I started my own valeting company. I did this by going through the princes youth trust. This was a very challenging time as I had become a father and was trying to provide for my young family.
