Nell Davey

I finished my A levels and am looking for work over the summer and during the weekends when I go to uni (in London).

As you can see from my CV, I have a drivers licence and live in Leatherhead and over the summer I am available as many hours as you need apart from a pre-booked family holiday from the 22nd July until 4th August.

I do not have catering experience but I have worked a lot with customers in various roles and I am a hard worker and fast learner.

WORK HISTORY

Art Teaching Assistant| ArtK Ashtead March 2022-August 2022

• Supported students (15 per class) with art projects, giving advice and encouraging them to try new skills
• Set tables before lessons and afterwards, making sure correct equipment was placed and books were laid out for students to work in
• Cleaned up the studio, washed the supplies and organized shelving for new stock at the end of each session
• Had to participate in training which allowed me to become more confident and take initiative in my shifts

Animation Assistant| Content Creatures August 2021-January 2022

• Assisted Managing Directors with pitches and client meeting preparation 
• I would help with finding pictures and video references, organizing computer files, subtitling, cutting and editing video, designed posters, created and organized NFTs
• Participated in daily creative meetings with wider creative team 

Library Assistant| Leatherhead Local Library January 2019-August 2019

• Make sure all the returned books were back on the shelves through an A-Z systemization and having to tidy books that have been misplaced
• Designed and created posters weekly for children reading activities which got put on display
• Scanned books out and in using the computers
• Supported customers with enquiries
