Nerys Dadey

Prior to commencing my training contract, I had 3.5 years of experience as a commercial property paralegal at leading Legal 500 firms and as an in-house commercial property paralegal for the Bicester Village Collection. Through this experience, I have developed a breadth of experience in successfully managing and completing sales and acquisitions for high net-worth investors and developers; working on secured lending transactions and commercial lease work for retail parks, warehouses, and offices.

I am currently in my fourth and final seat in the commercial property team at IBB Law LLP. During my seat, I have regularly exceeded my billing target with an average of over 150% of the billing target per month. I currently manage most matters independently with light supervision from my trainee supervisor and therefore I am confident that I will be able to manage my caseload as a Commercial Property Solicitor immediately and with full commitment.
