Working as part of a small team of three in a large office including kitchen, break room, toilets etc. The size of the team means that this involves working under my own initiative as well as team working. The shift pattern is 6am - 6pm, 3 days on and then 3 days off. Therefore this includes early starts, long days, weekend working and the need to work around other members of staff without disturbing them. Due to the small team I need to be flexible in order to cover for illness, holidays etc.

• Ensuring all work areas are clean and tidy as per health and safety guidelines.
• Cleaning supplies are put away in a safe and tidy manner with wet floor signs always on show for workers safety.
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals and how they should be used correctly.
• Always punctual ready to start cleaning shifts.
• Every location is cleaned with excellent service and care which include, HR offices, kitchens, toilets, corridors and canteens.

Working in a small fast paced office environment where accuracy is essential.

• Ensuring all company charges and prices are photocopied and scanned ready for acknowledgement.
• Monitoring emails by sending customers and other colleagues their invoices from recent orders.
• Keeping all delivery notes filed away in an organised manner.
• Effectively running daily invoices off the computer promptly and on time.
