10 years with Brewdog PLC, supporting growth from 10,000hl / annum to 1,000,000
Experience in maintenance, as well as process engineering, continous improvement, logistics, warehousing and high speed packaging.
HACCP / TACCP / VACCP qualified
Masters degree in mechanical engineering from Strathclyde University, including a year spent at McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario
