I am currently studying English, Law and Sociology at A-Level and I am looking for part time positions to enhance and develop my existing Customer Service Skills. I am Highly organized with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic seeking a part time job to develop and enhance my professional skills as well as contributing to a dynamic organisation

I worked at Gurkha New Delhi restaurant where I wasd responsible for:-

• I was the first point of contactfor customers. Greeting patronsas they enter the restaurant, assisting them to find suitable seats, managing reservations if applicable
• Keeping the restaurant front of house area clean and tidy. This includes clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring that the overallappearance of the restaurant was presentable.
• Taking food and drink ordersfrom customers, both at the bar and at tables.This involves accurately recording orders, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations if asked.
• Addressing customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff. This includes handling food safely, cleaning up spills promptly and ensuring fire exits were clear
