I work as a nursery practitioner, i have been employed since 2009, I am a friendly and approachable person, I enjoy nurturing and helping in the development of young children to give them the best start in life, ensuring that they are in a safe enviroment whilst in my care, I am a good time keeper ,organisedand well motivated, I work well with other staff members and I am also comfortable to work on my own.

Nursery Practitioner - La Maternelle

Whilst working in my current position I have experienced working in each of the rooms with the different age groups of children, I have recently been helping in the kitchen, I was doing daily safety checks on the equipment, ensuring food is cooked to correct temperature by using a probe and documenting the temperatures correctly, I ensured all allergy requirements were met, responsible for ensuring all equipment was washed thoroughly and hygiene standards kept to expected levels we are level 5, I did some of the food ordering with the Manager, I also ensured I kept on top of my online learning and have recently renewed my food hygiene certificate and food allergy awareness certificate.

Nursery Practitioner - Early Learners Nursery Ltd

(2012-01 - 2018-12)

Currently working as a nursery practitioner helping the 0-2 year olds progress in a safe enviroment, I have a daily routine of taking observations on each child's progress in their development.

• Organise a range of different activities from singing, messy play, outside play and walks around the local area.
• Support the children during meal times helping them to use their cutlery and encourage healthy eating.
• Make bottles up for the younger children and also change nappies.
• Have regular meetings with the parents to discuss their chids development and future needs.
• Have also worked in the after school club with children from the ages of 4 - 11 year olds whilst with my current employer.

Barmaid - The Vaults Middlewich

(2019-01 - 2025-12)

Working as a Barmaid I would be serving customers, I did stock rotation of the fridges.

• Changed the beer barrels, optics changed and snacks replemished
• Cleaned down the bar and tables at the end of the night.
• Worked on the till handlling cash and card payments.

Nursery Practitioner/Apprentice - Leaps and Bounds

(2007-01 - 2012-12)

I started working here on an apprenticeship and whilst working with this employer I qualified in my level 2 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning and Development. I worked in all areas of the nursery to help me gain my the above qualification. In 2009 I was employed part timeby the owner when my apprenticeship finished and i worked in the baby room. Then in 2012 the owner sold the nursery to my current employer.
