Im a 49 year old housewife, formerly a Registered Manager of a 6 bedded children's home. I worked for the same care company for 15 years working my way up from support worker to registered manager. During my 5 years as a registered manager I secured an Ofsted outstanding for the home for 3 years consecutively.
When I took over the running of the home it's rating was requires improvement, it took me a year to bring the home up to outstanding. Also during my time as registered manager the home won the accolade of company home of the year, the best garden from over 250 homes, and I personally won outstanding manager of the year.
I Love trying and experiencing new things. I have a keep eye for detail, and have experience of writing in depth reports. I also have experience of chairing meetings, often giving presentations.
Im curious and if I don't know something I will research it till I know nearly everything about it.
