Nicholas Oliver

As a mature adult, I have gained a plethora of education and experience within a variety of settings. The skills I've gained from serving within the Armed Forces for ten years have allowed me to develop my confidence, organisation, time management, and disciplined lifestyle. As a young person, when first entering the Army, I began to develop a sincere passion for exercise and fitness.

This has led me to explore the avenues in life that I may be able to thrive and present my enthusiasm to help others. As a current PGCE student and a university graduate, and an experience swimming teacher, my passion has only rose to the point of finding great value in supporting the learning and development of others. As a result, I now strive to teach others within the sports and fitness field in a way that can promote their health, wellbeing, and overall development.

My aim is to work alongside others and act as a positive role-model who demonstrates a more positive insight and mindset towards physical activity and the means to enhance quality of life.
