I started my career in engineering so therefore Technical/design type positions became the back bone of my skill set, along with a short period in a Management / commercial roles. These have both complimented each other as targeted precision and organisation are important in both disciplines. I have an analytical and organised approach to tasks, attention to detail and a high level of business acumen. I believe that I am a strong communicator, honest and trustworthy and keen to help, support and encourage others where ever possible. Importantly I am not driven by remuneration alone and strive to obtain mutual respect for my work colleagues.
