I was employed as a Parts Advisor sales assistant at a very busy motor factors. My main duties included; Supplying local motor trade businesses and the public with car parts and consumables via phone, email and in person. Outsourcing parts and consumables from various suppliers,
business improvement (new customers/merchandising/new parts/customer relations) and cash management.
Using my high level of customer service experience and knowledge of this role I was a strong member of the team and in the top 3 for sales in the region. I was frequently left to run the branch in the absence of a manager and had key holder responsibilities.

I worked part time as a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer out of BCP in Margate. I am still increasing my skills and knowledge by doing a nutritionist diploma in Vegan and Vegetarian diets. I spend a lot of my free time studying and researching training techniques, diets and gaining more knowledge in Vegan training which is the main focus for my business.

Ensuring the warehouse is efficiently run
Cover on sales if needed
Cover on driving if needed
I feel that with my eye for detail and precision my influence on the branch has been positive and ensures a smoother running of the sales process from making the sale to delivering the parts to the customer.

I was employed to work as an Assistant distribution specialist dealing with the smooth running of pharmaceutical shipments domestically and internationally. This role included:
Picking and packing virtual orders on the in-house system
Dealing with customer queries and question via email or ensuring the correct personnel are informed or forwarded the information.
Regular meetings with overseas branches (mainly USA)
Working for Pfizer was a very interesting experience with the need of a keen eye for detail as these were very important time and sometimes temperature sensitive shipments.
