Making ink is what this institution is all about. It's creating it from scratch by taking chemicals and weighted bags of pigment and mixing them together with a machine until a specific colour match is correct. Then sent off to be out over a mill to ensure it is an even closer match. Then sent to canning to be shipped off to customers.
