My primary role as shop floor assistant is to load product on the customer shop floor, ensuring presentation is to company standards. I am responsible for various product ranges depending on business needs.

• Providing a great customer experience at each touch point, delivering for each customer's needs and wants.
• Keeping the store tidy and the products are always stocked on shelves.
• Prioritise customers' needs ensuring all products are marked up correctly.
• Developing product knowledge.
• Communicating with a range of customers and colleagues providing the service and information they need.

Food and Beverage Assistant - Lancashire Racquet Club

My role at the Lancashire Racquet Club was to be responsible for a high standard of service in the restaurant. Ensuring the tables were cleaned efficiently, manage the storing and delivery of cutlery and menus. As part of my role, I was responsible for the dining experience from end to end by seating, taking order, delivery of food and beverage and the clearance of tables.

My roles within both nursery settings was to provide safe and secure environment for 0–5-year-old children. I provided and supported learning experience such as crafting, singing, encouraging socialising skills for all children.

My role was to support the children in a nursery school environment which included helping them to learn the Alphabet, Numbers, Colours and Shapes. Support during both playtimes and dinnertimes by making sure the area and play equipment were safe.

Children's Party Assistant - Roller City

(1997-09 - 1999-07)

My job role was a Children's party assistant where I worked in a soft play area where I catered for children's birthday parties by taking food orders, liasing with the kitchen staff on each order setting up and cleaning the party area. Also making sure the play area was safe and secure for the children on their visit.
