I am a kind, caring and considerate individual who has gained varied experience working within the customer Service Industries, ensuring that customer expectations are achieved and that customer service is guaranteed. I am a confident and competitive person who holds excellent communication, ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely manner. I work well under pressure and can work well both within a team or utilising my own initiative, ensuring that deadlines are achieved and that quality standards are met and I am currently seeking new employment where I am able to both utilise and build upon the skills already gained.

I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, however I do not let this stop me and have a passion to work and challenge myself. I am currently looking for a new career path to help aid me to continue to work with this disability and not to let it stop me or slow me down.
