To obtain this position I researched social media and marketing PR companies in the USA for intern opportunities. As Los
Angeles is regarded as a hub for successful influencers I concentrated on this area. After exploring many companies, I chose to approach KaitKat. Following a Skype interview with Kait (one half of the dynamic duo) and several online training sessions, I was asked to work remotely on given tasks.
During this time, I learned many Instagram tactics and was gaining new and useful skills and was pleased when I was accepted by Kait to go out to Los Angeles for hands-on training. This trip was totally self-financed and the whole experience has given me confidence, independence and skills that can now be transferred to my future career.
