Good day, I currently run the Recruitment department and full process for Luxfer who are a manufacturing company. I am looking to incorporate my customer service background with the onboarding and Recruitment. I am transparent in my approach and bring something fresh to the table.
Currently juggling 20 vacancies which require organisation and lots of communication. I have been in Recruitment a little over 2 years. I am passionate about giving good customer service to my colleagues and candidates.
Current job: HR / Recruitment Coordinator
I work for Luxfer MEL Technologies in Swinton. Started as a temp and became permanent after a few short months of showing how I can multitask as I juggled administratio for a few departments. I quickl picked up Recruitment and made it my baby. A little over 2 years and have turned the team around.
I am educated to High School Leavers Certificate which I attended in Bermuda. Most of my work has come from hands on experience
