As Project Director for the £2.4 billion NeuConnect Interconnector, I currently oversee cross-border governance and stakeholder engagement between UK and EU regulators, experience directly relevant to the compliance and risk-management expectations described in your brief.
Previously, as Group CEO of Civicon Group and COO of Energy Drilling Services in Africa, I guided companies through major growth and restructuring phases, embedding UK-standard safety, ESG and governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. This combination of strategic foresight and practical leadership has enabled me to act as an effective and pragmatic board adviser, challenging constructively, balancing technical depth with commercial perspective, and supporting boards in delivering assured, sustainable performance.
