• Acting on behalf of Manager - Liaising with other stores,banking, time cards and stock control
• Opening of store - including cash register preparation and closing of store - Cashing up 
• Training and Motivating of new staff (fast turn over)
• Assigning tasks to the team including floor position 
• Defining hourly targets and driving team towards achievement - Items per sales (IPS), Average customer spend, Total Store Sales and add on targets for each team member. 

During this time I used my trend and fashion knowledge to make window displays and set pricing and helped customers as necessary.
