I am an experienced HR Administrator with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex administrative and operational support within regulated environments. IOSH Managing Safely qualified, with training in Facilities Management and Building & Property Management, I bring a strong understanding of compliance, governance and health & safety within the workplace. I manage end-to-end HR administration including recruitment coordination, onboarding, contract preparation, employee records, payroll liaison and policy documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.
Alongside HR responsibilities, I support wider office coordination and operational functions, bringing structure, organisation and a proactive approach to busy environments.
Coordinate end-to-end HR administration including recruitment support,
drafting contracts and offer letters, onboarding and offboarding processes,
maintaining accurate employee records, right to work checks, payroll liaison and policy documentation.
