I’ve handled customer queries, processed orders and credits, and managed courier bookings and deliveries. My admin experience includes payroll support, reporting, stock control, and helping prepare business documents and presentations. I also worked as a PPI case handler at
HSBC, where I managed complaints and refund processes within regulatory guidelines.
