I am a self-motivated, confident and a focussed individual with over 16 years of experience within Insurance Industry.
I am passionate about helping people by using my insurance knowledge and expertise of insurance claims. I believe in achieving great customer outcome while remaining compliant with the terms and conditions and also, rules set out by FCA and PRA.
I am a quick learner and have a great understanding of general Insurance/claims rules. Over the years whilst working within claims, I have also been a part of the training team and helped train new starters. I have also gained experience of working for underwriting team( existing business) for a year.
When my help was needed within compliance team, I dealt with complaints and helped investigating and writing SRC ( Summary resolution letter) and FRL ( Final resolution letter). I am seeking for a position that would provide growth and job satisfaction.
