I'm a student studying Art & Design foundation in Bristol. I'm passionate about fashion, design and crafts, almost as much as enjoying good quality food and drinks.
I'm a responsible, proactive and organised individual; confident with technology and quick to learn new skills. I enjoy interacting with people, being part of a team and offering a helpful customer service.
I have experience in fund-raising for a local charity and helping coach children to swim.
When taking part in NCS (National Citizen Service) I was part of a team, promoting a charity and raising money. I was able to interact with the public, handing out leaflets as well as promoting the cause of the charity. I helped run the stall selling items for the charity's cake sale, interacting with customers and conveying the purpose of the charity in order to raise funds.
As well as my work with the charity I also helped out with teaching young children how to swim. I helped to guide them through the motions of swimming as well as giving them advice, support and the confidence to swim.
I have also worked in a team while in school during my A Level studies, working with a group of students to plan events and presentations. With the diversity society group I helped to bring people together through talks, debates or events. By being part of this team I was responsible for organising events or creating PowerPoints for presentations. This experience also allowed me to work in a team and take part in events and planning, as well as taking responsibility for different tasks.
I have just completed my A levels in Art, Photography and Classical Civilisation. I plan to stay in Bristol to complete an Art Foundation Diploma course, before then moving forward with Illustration degree at university.
