After finishing my MFA (CP) in Theatre specializing in Ensemble Directing at VUW (NZ) I have been working full time freelance as an artist and teacher since 2023. I am a multi-instrumentalist and use music in my art often. I confidently play and accompany others on Piano, Guitar, Ukulele, Bass and been working in theatre for over a decade.
For the last 4 years I have been a director with actors and singers within the community and in tertiary education with a focus on creating new works and performances with music. This includes most recently working as a vocal coach, composing an interactive children’s musical with two sold out seasons (The Man whose Mother was a pirate -the Musical) and being Musical Director for two community choirs Vocal Blokes & WOSOSI.
