I am an empathetic and compassionate individual who thrives on helping and supporting people. Currently I am completing my Level 4 in counselling skills within Maple leaf counselling Ltd. I have a strong passion in supporting individuals through emotional stress or challenges in which they are facing.
This includes anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and life transitions. My approach will be a humanistic one grounded in empathy, confidentiality and person centred values. My hope and vision for the future is to launch my own private practice where I can provide a warm, safe and supportive environment for healing and reflection.
